I bought this sample game game back in 2007. The sample games had a few differences including cabinet color. The sample games have a purple color where as the regular production games had blue. The game was in overall great condition, but It needed some work to make it 100% playable. I had to fix/replace the troll carriages and switches. The draw bridge also need to be repaired as it would not go down all the way. Once all of the repairs were finished, I installed new legs, leg protectors, new coin door and playfield glass. I still need to shop the game and install some new replacement parts, but it’s actually really nice as it is right now. The game has the custom home/swear ROMS installed. There is also no wear at all around the Merlin hole. I will be keeping this game for some time as it is truly one of my favorites. I just wish they were not so expensive...
